Sequoia journeys require commitment. Our leadership is committed to providing an opportunity for those who minister to grow deeply with God, with other leaders, and to be equipped for ministry. The journey participant is committed to the investment of time and to wholehearted support and engagement in the process.
EQUIP is an annual leadership journey that every leader at Sequoia is required to take for the purposes of information, instruction, and inspiration. Leaders at Sequoia want to know that they’re “on the same page” and not operating as silos in ministry; they desire to learn and grow in their leadership. Their journey begins in the fall with an introduction to the year ahead, continues in the winter with education and evaluation, and concludes in the spring with celebration
